There is little or no money available to start or create a new organization, as you think. Once you have your residence in accordance with state and federal level, the requirements thereof, you can accept and enforce the right to the customer or by the government-subsidized contracts. You should inform yourself about the requirements in the psychiatric department in your state licensing and corporate websites.
