Neo-synephrine For Cats Can I Give A Cat Sudafed Or Neo-Synephrine Drops In Nostrils? She Is Not Responding To Any Other URI Treatment

Can I give a cat Sudafed or Neo-Synephrine drops in nostrils? She is not responding to any other URI treatment - neo-synephrine for cats

It was two vets and has been ill since April. She received two injections of steroids within two months. She sits in a bath with Vicks vaporizer for part of the day. She received steroid nose drops. She takes pills clavamox. Take 500 mg of L-lysine-coated tablets twice daily. Help! My vets say that they "know" if the tablets Sudafed or Neo-Synephrine drops well on cats, but some sites say they are. I also have vet prescribe antiviral tablets Famvir, but that extent it is "the control over them."

The next step would be the culture of vocational education in secretions from the nose to know exactly what you have to do. Clavamox Not all bacteria. If we are not a very sick cat in the rescue and go clavamox with Baytril, and then sometimes Zythromax. But in reality, it will save time with a culture, there are bacteria May, it unexpectedly. The treatment with the right antibiotic can do the trick for them.

I suggest you find another vet. You have to guarantee all kinds of X-rays, there is no reason why antibiotics do not work? Animals have Sudafed, I'm not sure that the Neo Synephrine drops. I do not see why it would be a problem, though. Good luck.

What breed is your cat? I do not recommend giving your cat all the tablets of the people, perhaps more than the dose slightly. I would take your cat to another veterinarian and a second opinion from them.

Enter any medication without the supervision of the veterinarian. Probably only exacerbate the situation. One of my cats had a bad respiratory infection did nothing to clavamox. My vet has been changed to (clyindamyacin) Clindacure and wiped out directly. See if your veterinarian recommends for your cat. You want to treat the infection, the symptoms do not get rid of him. The amount of liquid for your cat too. Wet food is the best way to do this. Fancy Feast is not a good brand. Try welfare. If you are much more time I would get a second opinion from another veterinarian.
